The FFL Raffle is a new feature of Fashion for Life.
Rather than asking people to push money into kiosks around the sims, we want to offer them an incentive to give more–a raffle.
Raffle vendors will be located around the sims and we will also give each designer a raffle vendor they can place at their home store. 100L put into the vendor purchases the donor a “chance” at receiving one of the many prizes we hope to offer.
The SL RFL team is programming a special vendor for us specifically for this purpose.
Rules for the FFL Raffle:
1. We are asking that content donors donate either a no copy/transferable “prize” or a gift certificate to their store.
2. The value of the prize or gift certificate must value over 1000L.
3. The prize must be transferred to FashionforLife AmericanCancer by March 8 to enable us to advertise the prize.
4. We will provide a special raffle vendor that you can rez in your home store that will send all proceeds to the ACS funds.
5. We will place raffle vendors throughout the sims–similar to the way in which we placed RFL kiosks.
6. We will promote the raffle on a special section of our web page and give special promotional consideration to all raffle donors.
7. Prizes will be determined on March 21, at the end of Fashion for Life, and will be distributed by March 22. A prize list of all recipients and prizes will be published on the Fashion for Life blog (which will go out to all feeds we are in) by March 22.
We believe the raffle will be a big success and will allow donors to give small amounts with the enticement of a potential “prize.” We much appreciate your participation!
